Removal of Cubby Box
Can any one explain how you remove the orginal Cubby box from a TD5 2002 90?

do you need to remove the two screws under the front edge? if so how do you do this?

Sometime the clips that the screws screw into start to spin so you either have to send someone underneath with some grips or give it a good yank

I had the same....one of the rear rivnuts started spinning. Mole grips underneath and once removed gave the rivnut a squeeze to tighten it....Job Jobbed! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!

On the same subject, will a Mantec cubby box be a direct fit? ie, do the holes in the Mantec box fit the holes in the top of the seat box, or will I need to drill some more? Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....
