How to reset alarm
Hi
last week whilst on the ferry to Isle of Man I had a notification that my alarm had triggered (yes it was in transport mode) since then every time I open Incontrol I get the message that the alarm has triggered and requires resetting but when I try I just get the message that the request failed and to try again later.
I know I could try contacting JLR but really don't have the time or patience to do so.
If anybody knows the solution I will be forever grateful

disconnect the -Ve (Black) cable from the battery under the drivers seat for a while, then reconnect.
I had an alarm condition which I could not reset, and that was the only solution
