Warped brake discs... 60.000 km... towing... D250 110
So guys...

We had some issues like pulsating brake pedal when slowing from over 95-100 kmh,
especially and a little louder when I pull the horses trailer.

We have 60.000 km circa... the car is perfect... I love towing with this car. Thumbs Up

Problem was solved perfectly by replacing the brake discs and pads. The cost was approximately €1100.

We had some "minor" issues with the rear door seals, I think it's a manufacturing or design defect. Every time I wash the car I use a product, Rubber Protectant (GummiPfleger), to improve the "usability"... but I thik more is a defect...

We share this with you all, just for your info.

My front discs warped/failed or whatever causes the pulsating brake pedal at around 10,000 miles.

l replaced them with a second hand set that someone had taken off a new Defender when they upgraded the brakes. l didn't bother replacing the brake pads as there was no visible wear, and they're expensive. Total cost was £100 for the second hand discs.

lt's been fine since then.
