reflashing standard map

I want to flash the standard map back onto my 2005 TD5 as it came with a smokey 'performance' map when i bought it.

I'll be using my Nanocom but the map wizard shows 2 file i could use, anyone know which of the 2 files would suit best for my NNN500020 ECU?

svlne007-svtnp006.map
sthle022-sttlp010.map

I'm guessing the svl file as the 'l' donates Defender whereas the sth file 'h' donates unknown.
But what about the gearbox - v or t, it just says both are for manual.

I think, the first is for Euro2 10P engine. I allways use rhe newest map file. You can check your current map file, it should be alse there. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo

Fuel Tune ID - svlne007
Config Tune ID - svtnp006

That answers my question
