Hope this is allowed?

A friend who happeneds to also be our tree surgeon is selling his Defender.

Its a 2009 commercial ex local authority

130,000 miles , service history

2.4 6speed no a/c

Tax £335

Mot feb 26

Will be sold as is with winch, rack etc

Its his business vehicle hence vat will be added. So if its worth £12k its £10k plus vat say?

Im guessing between £10k & £14k but its quite unusual in silver also?

The roller doors will, sadly, detract from its value, and hardtop vehicles are always less sought after than SW and USW types. I think your estimate is about right, but it may take a while to sell.

I agree with Blackwolf… the roller doors ruin the value.
Typically ex electric company vehicles.
It’s a huge job to do anything different with them.

They frequently appear for sale between £8k and £13k
Great value..if it’s what you need

I hope Chris is not going to drive some nasty double cab pick up, he is an excellent tree surgeon and top guy.
