I think I've seen complete bodys for sale (almost like an RC car bodyshell) on Aliexpress, it's literally the full body, on a shipping frame, in a box. It'd be one hell of a gamble to order that from China though, no idea what the fitment would be like.
I'd imagine the cheapest route would be breakers for individual panels and then paint? or maybe a really rusty chassis example, but chances are the body won't be much better. 2003 TD5 110 CSW Instagram: e12_hue |

Same year and motor here.
Can you send a photo to get some better answers what needs to be done. Sometimes the odd dents look nice on a defender. Gives it some character. |

I'd source from a breaker. Cheers

You do occasionally find complete bodies available from vehicle converters, however with the discontinuation of the classic Defender the number of firms doing conversions has unsurprisingly dropped off.
Sourcing the parts individually or as subassemblies would probably be a more practical approach now, or possibly buying a stolen/recovered or flood damaged write-off if you can find one. |

I agree with Blackwolf, perhaps your local scrap/junk yard may have some treasures

There was a seller of the new Chinese-made body panels at the Belvoir Land Rover show - it was a complete 90 SW body and it looked really good! 1990 Defender 110 200TDI Camper - now converted to Td5 power

https://www.ultrametalcraft.co.uk/ I have seen the workshop and from what I saw, the panel worked looked good. Not used them so can't comment on the products. Best give them a call.
