Pivi Pro navigation system

I am assuming that the built in Pivi Pro will search online for businesses and places that it doesn't recognise but our system doesn't seem to do that. I have been playing with it and several names that, for example, Google Maps finds easily doesn't produce any relevant results. It did find my local independent Land Rover garage by name and guided me to the correct road, but about 4 miles from the actual location. Should it be searching online? Have I not set something up properly? I think the internet connection is there (I get traffic congestion updates okay), but to be sure I tried connecting via a hotspot on my phone but that didn't make any difference.

I know we can use Android Auto and Google Maps/Waze, and that may have to be the fallback position, but I'd rather use the built in system as we won't necessarily have our mobiles with us when we go out. 2023 Defender D300 HSE in Pangea Green
