Dear wolf appreciation society …..
I am trying to find pictures of a white 110 CSW or XS puma with white wolf wheels. You would think it would be easy but I am failing so far. If anyone has one and has a few photos would like to see if white on white is too much. Thanks in advance. 2010 90 LHD soft top 2010 110 XS 2008 110 E LHD 1985 90 soft top |

I think there are many with the standard white steel rims, which would not look too different from the wolfs. But maybe this helps to visualize: https://www.alamy.com/stock-photo/white-la...y=relevant 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing 2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black |

Finally got my Wolfs (and new tyres) fitted today and I love how they look. The whole Landy is a work in progress but at least the wheels are now how I want them

Sharing my 90. Been with the family since 1997. Under my care since 2009. It was a pick up until 2020 when I converted it to a station wagon.

Hi all, I picked up a set of genuine Wolf wheels at the LRM Malvern show last October which I finally got round to painting a limestone and am now ready to fit. They will be going on my 2012 110 station wagon which currently has a set of Boost alloys.
As I’ve read over and over, the Wolf wheels are significantly heavier than the boost alloys. What differences have others noticed when switching from Boosts to Wolfs? Is there a noticeable deterioration in ride, or steering feel and braking for example? Depending on the source, Wolfs seem to be quotes as about 3 to 4 kg heavier per corner. Some people say they weigh as much as 17 kg, whilst Boosts seem to weigh around 13 to 14 kg. This seems like a significant increase in unsprung weight. Obviously I love the Wolf look, but I’d like to hear if anyone else has any regrets from making the switch? I’ve spend quite a bit of cash getting the ride on my 110 more comfortable and the steering tight as it should be from the factory so don’t want to undo my efforts so far! Are there any other downsides I should be aware of (apart from the need to change the wheel nuts and the length of the wheel bolts) that I should be aware of? Also - the Wolf copies all seem to have a lower load rating. Is this because they are made of thinner steel and are therefore lighter than the genuine Wolfs? Cheers all! |
