2002 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Buckingham Blue

Can anyone confirm if the gasket is a metal type or rubber?

THe LVH100230 I have just bought is metal type, but looking before Istart the job, the one that is on is a 2-3mm thick rubber gasket.... webbed across the "Y" end
