I went into Devizes in the Dormobile to fuel up ready for a trip to Dunsfold Open Day tomorrow.
Got a panic call from a mate who’s 110 was stuck in gear so ended up towing his trailer loaded with excavator and post thumper home.

The BMW is a 02 series "2002" model (not year).... It's been run in historic race series and is a bit worse for wear... The chemical dip will reveal all.... 😬

The BMW is on twin Weber carbs, I'm assuming 40's...I don't know about any engine mods πŸ€”

It's not our car, my lad has the task of the rebuild πŸ‘πŸΌ

I crossed the line to cheers and applause..... Smile or was that just me ?

It was a good day with just one Ginetta that needed towing back to the pits and a wheel nut that needed collecting. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Stood and looked at the stuck EGR valve. Sorry for random post, just trying to get my post count up to 3 so I can PM a member to get advice for said stuck valve.

Chassis prep
Not bad for a 14yr old puma. Chassis wire brushed, rust treated and paint touch ups. All 4 corners, front and rear dinitroled. Front wheels swapped with rears.
