Fitted new wide arches to my Defender yesterday. I did order different 3m VHB tape and adhesive promotor which made fitting far easier. makes the car far meaner looking.

Don't use the tape supplied. I bought 3M VHB 5952 tape of Amazon. The old trims just pull off.
I watched the you tube video by Powerful UK which shows you how to fit them. |

Hi, was there a particular width of the 3m tape you got? Mine came with some scotch clear double sided about 8mm wide, Im thinking of getting some 20mm 3m tape to give it much better contact patch but unsure? |
