Strange noise like as Seal (animal) from drive train

I have a strange noise (I know its a Defender) that started a few months ago. The best way I can describe it is its like a seal (the animal). Its intermittent and seems to happen more when exiting a roundabout although I have heard it on the straight too. It may happen at faster speeds too, but its a Defender and I am a bit deaf too (possible correlation there?!?). I think its coming from the rear, but again cannot be certain.

Anyway the first suspicion was a sticky rear brake calliper, but alas the seal is still there on the first drive after fixing that.

This is on my MY2014 PUMA 90...

Anybody got any idea?
