You want what’s called a closed/sealed head rivet for them, eBay would be the place to look steel rivets are a lot harder to do without a decent tool. If they are to replace those screws in you panels I’d go for all aluminium there not just the head.

The vehicle is built with these alloy sealed rivets with steel shanks - (standard rivet gun is fine)
You can’t get full aluminium pop rivets, the shanks need to be steel. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182531559658?mk...media=COPY I think it is 14mm length for the cappings as top two pass through a coupe of layers. For filling rear holes use the shortest length available. |

Bear in mind head designs vary a little, they aren’t just standard rivets.
I seem to remember Britpart was the OEM supplier, the head is round conical and not domed like many generic rivets. Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧 |

I’ve bought genuine LR031461 rivets for exactly the same purpose of filling some random holes in the rear bodywork.
I can’t remember what they cost but they weren’t much - ordered from Duckworth LR with free P&P. Here’s what they look like - do appear to be an aluminium head with steel pin Click image to enlarge |

People will pay nearly £1 PER RIVET !
Crikey. They should only be pennies each, there is nothing special about them. Go to a fastener specialist. |
