Yeah, I'm also thinking that's the way forward. Amp/sub will have to be on the back of the cubby box, it's a 90. Or else have the audio shop make an enclosure that fits between the safe and the cubby box? -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged ![]() ![]() Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ |

The rear of mine is awaiting a full custom drawer system, which will house the amp and sub.. as well.
The 6x9s are in the cubby and some cheap boxes in the back.. the sub has an amp attached, the first time Mrs Greeni saw the sub, she swore ! JBL's ![]() Focals, the boxes are bolted to the tub in existing holes, that the seats used to be bolted to! ![]() |

No, I've never really had time strip it all out, though it's a must...
My head unit is a Sony with an 'aux' in plug, the iphone plugs in and I use it as an Ipod, also phone calls come through the speakers and it works as an hands free...double bonus. As for reverse cameras, if I don't see it in my mirrors, I stop when I hit it ! QRZ 2e0vpf |

That was my philosophy until I wrote off a Renault Clio, still only a broken reversing light on mine. |

Nice! Is that a 'slimeline' JBL sub? Do you have the model number please? -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged ![]() ![]() Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ |

The joys of Defender ownership...my green 90 had more hits than the Bee Gees, never damaged it ! QRZ 2e0vpf |

hi naks, ![]() its a bog standard 8" sub; i will look through my old invoices tonight to see if i can find a part number. the car audio specialists recommended NOT going for the slimline underseat option as they know that my taste is for full bass not just enhanced bass. i prefer the sub pointing upwards in my 110 and the grille is very robust (18 month old son walks on it!). |

After weeks of searching high and low, I finally settled on the Pioneer DVH-735av:
