Any chance you could take a photo of where your belt mounts into the tub floor and posssibly underneath?? Trying to mount my belts but not sure where to mount them? Thanks in advance!!

That’s amazing. So do the end of the belts just bolt through the floor with no bracket back to chassis? Just some sort of plate underneath??

Thats right look like they have a reinforcing plate behind and some form of stud bolt to stop them spinning.

No, there should be brackets going to the rear crossmember outriggers. Such as this one from YRM.
https://yrmit.co.uk/product/rhs-rear-seat-...-defender/ There is also a spreader plate that bolts from top of the tub to this bracket. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing 2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black |

You are right,
So yes you do need additional brackets/bracing. |

The originals tend to rust pretty quick and blend with rest of the environment 😉 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
