I wouldn't.....not with a 50th. Probably worth more unmolested unless it's a definate 'keeper.' If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

I notice there are no fitters listed on the landyglass website in Northern Ireland and wondered if anyone on this side of the pond had it done.

Nice looking 90 K9F. If I wanted checkerplate with your colour I'd have gone for black though. Thanks BigWheels,

The sills, rear quarters and wingtops were OEM silver so just went with the theme with the latter fitment of the bonnet. Makes the loading/unloading of the rack so much easier.

I like the rack, is it strong enough for one of those little clamshell roof tents, or a platform for a home made one?

WRT the Landyglass, does the panel cover your 90's original side & window, sort of double glazing? Nice & snug if so. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Window is removed before the LandyGlass goes on top of the panel

Big Wheels as Gum stated the original windows come out. Mine came out intact without damage as a fellow forum member wanted them. The rack is a Patriot, so very strong and sturdy. I have luggage rails fitted so for a platform space would be limited. The rack is also a 'shortie' really for a twin cab but enough for my needs without the added weight of a full-length that I wouldn't use. It was what I deemed a good price too being 'knocked on' by another forum member some considerable time ago.

It does reduce the noise as it stiffens up the rear body
