I made sure all machining stopped today at 11, even the compressor was turned off to insure we had 2 minutes silence.

I work in an office environment but we did the same - everyone quiet and observed the two minute silence - for me, it is a time to remember not only those who sacrificed their lives for our country but also to remind myself how fortunate we (I) am because of their actions.
