That's cool! If you have the facilities to make this, I'd make mk2 go over the original bracket so its that that gets extended not the stay. Do you have a CNC? 2009 2.4TDCi XS Utility Wagon.

I have toolroom facilities including CNC, but have to admit that I ain't that good with the CNC....

Its pretty crazy that there's a huge market for replacement parts for defenders which aren't complicated but do a way better job than the original.
Fair enough defenders are meant to he simple but does having a door stay an inch shorter make it any more reliable or easy to manufacture? 2009 2.4TDCi XS Utility Wagon. |

I found on my back doors there is a lot of space between the black bumpstop and the locking catch. Means the door ratles when wide open.
All it needs is a longer spacer in there. 2009 2.4TDCi XS Utility Wagon. |
