Drain tubes, pipes etc on 2001 TD5 Hard top

Reading items on the forum I see there are often comments about making sure various drain tubes/pipes are clear. On my 2001 TD5, non-air con 90, what should I be checking?

vent tube from axial front and rear gear box and transfer box, part wading kit fitted at LR up to the back of engine bloke

I've seen mention about gutter and heater drains. Should I be looking for these as well, if so could you point me in the right direction?

gutter and heater drains

1, gutter run, front to back on side of the roof both side

2, heater drains, the on only thing i can think of is air inlet duct to the heater fan has drain remove the plastic grill from wing top and you will see duct and drain hole in it ( can get block ) !
