I agree Thumbs Up I only just found it, I opened it up to see what type it was so I could buy the correct tester for it.

ideal is a discovery bottle jack because it has right shape head for going under axle , normally some
on ebay ( the small red one )

If you buy a different one be careful as most have a small round pad which is really no good for a defender

It's for pulling the cap off the lockable wheel nut

For removing the cover on the security wheel nuts

That one appears to be "broken"
