United Kingdom 2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Corris Grey
^What Ken says. Speaking as an ex 'keeper, ex shoot owner, beater, picker - up and gun myself I have witnessed the odd example of poor behaviour from the odd individual but these thankfully rare cases have without fail been very swiftly dealt with and the miscreant sent on their way in triple quick time.

BTW I'm quite happy to dispatch whatever with my own hands. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic.

Beretta 303 24" barrel is great for real pigeon as that's what I use but since only 2 loads at a time on clay shoots any U/O or SBS will do but a few friends of mine got silver pigeons and they swear buy them but im not over keen on them (too much money for the hype) so its down to personal preference

Just been shooting this morning and as I am still waiting for my SGC I borrowed a Lanber which was not too bad in my opinion but then I tried 2 x Beretta 682s one with an adjustable stock and even I could feel the difference in quality and 'point-ability', one had a 32" barrel and the other a 28" barrel. I think I preferred the longer barrel?

Great morning but just proved I have so much to learn. BM52

Bought a Miroku O/U Grand Prix 30" 12g a couple of weeks ago and been shooting clays just the one time with it so far. Looking forward to next week when I can start learning how to master my gun. First time was good but it still feels a little strange after using many different one. The journey has begun. Very Happy BM52

Hi, Browning 325, 32" barrels for the clays.

Looking for a cheap semi auto.

The poor roads to some clay grounds is one of my excuses for needing a Defender. it's a win-win situation. Rolling with laughter Series 2A 88, 1976 - 1980

Miroku MK38 for the clays and an old spanish side by side for the pigeons and rabbits. Also a Wiehrauch 97k for the ones that stray close enough when I'm in the garden.....

Most of the guns suggested are great but not cheap guns... I have an old but very lovely English side by side and I'd never get rid of it... Wanted to get one of my boys into shooting and visited the local dealer... Found a perfectly sized for him 20 over and under Bettinsoli. Extremely impressed with the balance and engineering.

Took him and his friend (with a Dad with far more money than me) he had a brand new Beretta... The guides along the sides of the barrels that form the tight fit against the side locks are plastic! On the Bettinsoli they are nicely machine finished steel.

much less of a name and price tag, but a much better gun... Nicely balance with reasonable wood.

The boys pleased as is mum because I spent less!

I'm now thinking of getting myself the same in 12...
