Thanks for the post.

I understand where you are coming from. However for different product lines we use various part suppliers and this can inevitably effect the cost of the item.

Hope you can help please I have a 2010 defender and I am having problems with my local main dealer relating to warranty work dating back to September last year. I have made numerous phone calls and no call back (all dates recorded) and in the end went through customer services who initially helped put me through to a more senior manager who now is also failing to return my calls. I am funding an extended warranty and now have several more issues with my defender as well as the outstanding repairs, my main concern now is I can not lock my vehicle or alarm
