ive had a quick look and found a photo that sort of shows the water jacket manifold and the oil cooler water pipe that tees off it.. any leak in there would be difficult to spot ...

If you stand on the bumper and lean all the way in to the bulkhead, finding suitable elbow support on the engine, you should get a good view of the egr cooler and the coolant hoses connected to it. Any signs of pink/white there and that’s your problem.
Even if you turn it in to the experts it is always good to have an idea of what the problem is.

Ive always thought that the best way to get a good access or inspection down the back of the engine is to pop the bonnet off..makes life so much easier..
I have a board made up that is supported on the wing but allows me to get on top of the engine to access the back of the engine compartment without risking leaning and breaking something..
