Is it normal to see the central differential lock acting normally during normal high range driving on streets, highways and roundabouts etc?

There is a slight jerk when going from high to low range on Defender. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

When in low range if it's possible to select the "ECO" driving program this is quite a lot smoother in response.
