Drill out to as big a size as possible(a centre drill helps to start).A bit of heat to kill the thread lock.Then use an easy out or a piece of tool steel (a torx bit hammered in to hole will work).Job done.
Don't try and use a windy hammer to remove these bolts,do it by hand then they don't get hot and snap. Its never over in my land rover.

My Dad (a research and development engineer) always used to kill Locktite threadlock by freezing with plumbers freeze kit and it snaps and undoes easily with an easy out, use the reverse thread type it does not expand the stud or bolt as much as the square hammer in ones If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.
