Auxillary power on 13Pin Trailer Fuse.
Good Evening,

I have lost auxillary power (fridge etc) on my caravan.

Wiring appears OK.

Does anyone know which fuse (if any) to check on 2008 Puma?

I cannot find anything online and I do not have wiring diagram with me.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

Generally the Aux power is from a direct feed off the battery as it isn't part of the std fit trailer wiring (7P from factory)

Most likely it will be separately fused directly off the battery??

If its the factory 13pin wiring kit, they'll be a feed from the battery to a relay under the passenger seat. The relay is triggered from an ignition live behind the dash.

Worth checking whats under the seat and if you can find that relay.

Hi, I don't have any obvious connection to the battery.

I will just have to check all the fuses one by one.

Thanks anyhow.

Is this the permanent (pin 9) or ignition feed (pin 10)?

The ignition feed is not fused as part of the vehicle loom, it is a retrofitted fuse and relay block in the battery box.

The permanent feed is from fuse 2 under the RH seat on a 2.4 Puma.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Hi

Thanks, that's very helpful.

It's the permanent feed. I will check that one.

Regards.
