The interior leather and carpeting show little wear, rubber mats have been always used throughout winter months. The owner is single, living in a pet/smoke free household, hence the car has been mostly used by one person only, and smells clean and fresh. The exterior paintwork still beautifully reflects the surroundings and sparkles in the sunshine. However, the car is not a garage queen and has been used, hence there are cosmetic defects such as marks/dents/stone chips/etc all proportionate to the age and mileage. Alloy wheels, rear wheel cover and roof rack kit are in pristine condition. Front and rear OEM mud flaps currently off, but come with the car. All items from the most recent Land Rover Vehicle Health Check were addressed during the last service (new battery) and so were the advisories from the last MOT (rear prop shaft joint and power steering pipes replaced). The car is in perfect mechanical order. Next service will be due in September 2022 or at 108k miles – 12 months/12k miles service interval. Simon, long time indeed - I hope both you and Carol are well too? Do give me a shout next time you're down in Cornwall, it'd be nice to catch up over Sunday roast like last time! The sale comes with a heavy heart, but it's a sensible thing to do. I swapped to a 911 as I started doing way more regular journeys between Cornwall and London from Feb, needed something fast and comfy. There's already one toy sitting in a garage, Bonneville T120, bought Mar last year and I've done 350 miles... It'd be sad if the same thing happens to the 110. I'm sure I'll come back to the Landy world one day though, when the lifestyle becomes less hectic. Speak soon and take good care!
