Help with fuel tank replacement
Hey all, my tank has been leaking for a little while now, so a new tank ordered Thumbs Up

Drained the tank

All was going well, then I made my first mistake, I tried to remove tank without disconnecting the sender unit, so ended up snapping the fuel pipe Sad

This then followed by me not being able to remove the screws for the fuel pump Sad

So I know I need a new fuel sender unit, and a new fuel pump, prices are not too bad, but does anybody have a full list of parts I need?

Also how on earth do I reconnect the snapped pipe?

Buy the way, old tank was just a bag of rust Shocked

Here a link to Advanced Factors, any idea of what I need to order?

It's a 1992 130 Thumbs Up

Cheers Cool Iggy/Ieuan

Well the good news is, it doesn’t have a fuel pump! Well not in the tank anyway.

This is the diagram you need…

Right, parts ordered Thumbs Up

Does anybody know if I can get a flexible connector or join, so that I can link copper fuel pipe to sender unit?

The end of the pipe snapped yesterday Big Cry Iggy/Ieuan
