Axle differences 95 D90 and 09 110??
Are there any differences between the axles in a 1995 D90 and a 2009 110 Puma???

Specifically can I swap the ARB lockers and their axles out of the D90 and bolt them up into the Puma???

Front and Rear??

Front: should be the same

Rear: not too sure, think the puma 110 (RD128?) is different to the earlier 90 (RD56) type.

The front should be ok but the rear in the puma is different.

Thanks guys.

So I CAN switch BOTH the halfshafts AND the CV's AND the ARB locker from the D90 to the Puma.

But for the rear I have to get them specifically for the Puma.

Yes?

How about the front driveshaft/propshaft??? Will the D90 bolt up in the 110??

1995 sounds like it's a 300Tdi?? in which case, the front shaft won't fit the puma... too long (only by about an inch or so)

Td5/puma front props are the same length though.

If yours is a special prop (double CV/wide angle etc) you could get oit shortened.... or if you're handy with a welder and grinder, shorten it yourself, es no difficile.
