DTD is just a middle man. They have a arrangement with a Landrover Dealer ( I suspect its a group rather than a branch)

Kubrick1978 and I are both with the same branch via DTD, as we have the same contacts.

I'm going to try to push my local dealer tomorrow, and if that doesnt work will just order tomorrow off DTD. I think its a £500 deposit then the dealer gets in touch?

£1000 deposit. DTD are far better communicating than the dealer!

Unfortunately I spoke with Marshalls on Wednesday who handle the discounts from Motorfinity and was told that all the discounts on the Defender had been withdrawn until further notice Sad Cheers Ian

Still looking like I'm gonna get the Defender next month (touch wood - can't wait!).

PS the dealer FINALLY got back to me regarding installing the cross bars, front and rear classic mud flaps and the side steps. He quoted the prices directly off the configurator. Basically just shy of £1600 - I've asked if there are any deals for buying all the items at the same time - I suggested £1500 (wasn't pushing for much). I'll let you know how I get on.

I received an email today telling me the exact opposite. Even quoting the discount available and the standard OTR price and the new discounted price 110 D250 SE HT
110 USW SOLD
RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it

Do you think it’s reasonable to expect a discount on new orders MY23? I’ve had another order in for an XS, and was wondering if I should expect a similar % as my first one?

I've had my price protected from 22my to 23 my. But only the cost of the base vehicle. If options have increased in cost then I get to pay the new price. 110 D250 SE HT

So my price protection was £1295.83 + VAT..... so currently I have 8.94% discount going forward Thumbs Up
