Yes, I've specced both. I have been told it's been built as planned and was asked if I wanted to pick up as soon as its in. I'm going to wait until the 1st September to pick it up. Might as well have the new plate as it will only be a couple of weeks earlier at best. I will feel a lot better when I've actually seen it though. |

Ordered on 20th March. Last update May 22nd saying it 'might' make it this year.
No screenshots from Vistra shared... could be them being cautious here in Japan. |

Good luck buddy, I order 1st April and been told October build, Was also told this week that there are no cars that have specced both big screen and digital dash currently being built. Thanks Rich |

Just seen a post on one of the Facebook groups, that someone has visited a dealer in North Yorkshire and they were shown a letter telling them not to take any Defender orders. Doesn’t sound good.

Fair few 90 hard tops on AT from LR dealers for over £60k with not that many options. Are these cars actually changing hands for this money? That's insane money. Having ordered mine in mid April I have a build date of end of this week with expected handover 3rd Sept..I'll believe it when I see it!!

Opted for the small screen but I'm assuming a D250 110S comes with the digital dash as standard does it not?

The rep at my dealer called me on Saturday to check all was ok with the 110 I collected on Thursday. He mentioned that on Friday pm a memo had gone out from JLR to say lead time for purchase of a new Defender which was March has now extended to one year. I’m considering placing a deposit for another one for delivery in 1st half 2023 as residuals should be better than anticipated. |

Then 12 month plus lead time isn't on all specs of Defender. I have a copy of the email. Basicaly if you have ordered a D200 then you're in for a wait.

Any chance you could post a copy please? Just wondering if it's new orders after a certain date or whether existing orders with build slots are likely to be pushed in favour of the higher spec versions?
