Scotland 2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Indus Silver
Diagnostic port
This is linked to my earlier posting about alarm on my 2011 Defender 90 going off randomly (still doing it Neutral ) - where is the diagnostic port on the vehicle? Somebody has suggested that it is under the centre consul where you keep your bits and bobs?
Thanks in anticipation!

If you are talking 2011 defender it is just below the steering column next to the fuses.

If you can find a local member with a nanocom set up for a puma you will be able to look up the last 5 events that caused the alarm to trigger. See first paragraph of page five of this document https://www.nanocom-diagnostics.com/upload...0Guide.pdf

For a 2011 puma you will have the green Lucas 10AS alarm module fitted.

Being in Scotland it’s a bit far for me to travel to help you as I have a puma nanocom, but I’m sure there will be someone local who can. Just look at the nanocom group buy posts and that will give you an idea on members who have one.

Ps. Probably a loose or damaged wire for one of the door switches or bonnet switch.

And yes the OBDII port is in drivers footwell fuse box, to the left of the speaker.
