Can you post the link to the procedure please?

You don’t need to have an InControl account to download the Iguide app, it’s on both the Apple App Store and whatever Android ‘s App Store is called and on The App Store it’s free

Tim,

I posted the link to the owners handbook (which contains the same information as the iGUIDE) earlier.

Vern said he found a different reset procedure via Google - that is the link I requested.

So it was something like below .. but you have to listen for click but like I say worked and then didn’t lol ...

The windows need to be reset if the battery is disconnected, becomes discharged, or the power supply is interrupted.

Once the power supply is restored, reset the windows as follows:

Close the window fully.

Release the switch, then lift it to the close position. Hold for 2 seconds.

Release the switch.

Repeat the lift and release procedure twice more.

Test the window for correct manual and automatic switch operation. See ELECTRIC WINDOWS.

Repeat the procedure on each window.
