ONLINE PACK WITH DATA PLAN
Stay truly connected. You’ll enjoy access to everything you need, seamlessly integrated within Pivi Pro – including unlimited data for online media music streaming, weather updates and calendar information. It’s all designed to keep you informed and entertained. At all times.

Pretty sure you should also have the mobile hotspot option?

Can anyone else confirm who has this?

Or do we require a separate subscription? Defender D240 First Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Wrapped roof in Gloss white. Few other dealer fitted extras.

If you (or whoever specified the vehicle) didn’t tick the “WiFi enabled with data plan” option then you won’t get the hotspot.

All cars have the standard “Online pack with data plan” which gives the vehicle it’s weather, navigation, Spotify etc. connectivity and you get three years subscription included.

Interesting - ok.

I was under the impression that the first edition had the Wi-fi with data plan.

Strange that I had it when I first got the car. Defender D240 First Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Wrapped roof in Gloss white. Few other dealer fitted extras.

They may well do, it’ll be on the build sheet if so. Dealer will be able to supply copy.

This literature from LR seems to suggest that the online pack includes hotspot:

With Online Pack everyone stays connected. Take advantage of a 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot for up to 8 devices, inbuilt LIVE Apps, and Smart Settings focused on creating a more personalised driving experience.

JLR's advertising has been very confusing right from the get go.

Having said that, it seems some cars have been built with options not specified. Easy to understand where it's standard looms or software that just needs dealer configuration tools; but harder to understand with hardware.
