Defender Td5 ABS Issues
Morning chaps,

This has been on going for a while now and always suspected a dodgy sensor however now it has a Britpart G item and still doing it.

ABS/TC lights come on randomly and stay on. Sometimes clears on its own sometimes needs the nanocom.

9/10 says "front right output too low" occasionally says "electrical failure"

Tried wabco, cheap and britpart G all do the same thing. Anything else bar the sensor that can cause this fault? Instagram @defender_ventures

Wiring fault, high impedance connection (always a popular problem with f.o.s sensor on the Disco2).

On the Disco2 there was a service action to replace the entire sensor harness from the F.O.S sensor back to the SLABS ECU with a continuous harness, to replace the connector mounted on the F.O.S inner wing. I had to do this within weeks of the warranty expiring on my '02 D2 due to the three amigos.

Ironically last year I had to replace the F.O.S sensor and you cannot get replacement sensors with the extended harness any more, so I ended up reconnecting the original and previously disconnected harness and reinstating the supposedly troublesome connector on the inner wing.

It would probably be sensible to do a continuity and impedance check, and a visual inspection, of the wiring from the sensor connector back to the ABS controller, it might show something suspect.

I imagine that you have checked that the clearance between the sensors and the inductor rings on the hubs are correct?

Check the earth to ABS control unit under the seat, nut could be loose.

Edited to say:

I read your whole post (should try that first) and probably not an earth fault with the error you describe
