Germany 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Baltic Blue
Second Winter has got going and excellent in all snowy conditions so far. This includes driving (probably a little too fast) when the roads have disappeared entirely in snow and slush. Also got the chance to show off and pull horse boxes around in some really nasty sh*t today - not really challenging but felt good Wink

p.s. think I may have mentioned how good they are on the Autobahns too... Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

Mine are being fitted as I type. Should my pressures for road use be the same as the standard grabbers?

I had mine around 30 front 35 rear (110) when I first put them on (must check them Embarassed ) but I optimised with the chalk test in the underground garage. I'm sure the dealer will have "adjusted" them since then.

Job for tomorrow (need to find chalk) - thanks for the reminder Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

I paid £700 delivered and £75 fitted. Worth every penny for the half a mile driven so far. Certainly make the truck look more 'Tonka' if that's your thing. At least I resisted the white graphic side out.

The blue is just a transport coating, you can just scrub it off if that's your thing, Mine are fitted letters in...

Er... yes, the writing was blue Rolling Eyes
Not easily removable though (hence the painting). Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

Sorry I meant the blue was removable not the white underneath which is a PITA to remove, I do like the idea of painting the white to cover it up I just left mine, not a fine of the white writing.

I'm running the wrangler mud terrain tyre fitted as an option on the 110s. It's great in mud but I'm wondering whether the ST maxx will be better in snow and ice, and adequate in mud. Any views? I'd rather have better snow and ice performance than mud.
