Unplug the 6 pin plug (5 wires) to the rear door, and try it again. This will identify if the fault is in the door or the body loom.

Possibly seized wiper shaft. Although they have an o ring on the shaft, water gets past it and rusts it in the tube until it seizes.

as other have said fit a trip /reset fuse to the box so you dont keep blowing them .
unplug loom test for power if it blows you have a loom issue unplug motor loom and try again if it only blows when the motor is on try to free off the motor or fit a new one after checking earth's etc and for broken melted shorting wires where it passes thru the body to door part |
