You won't regret it James ....a 130 is surprisingly useful and dare I say comfortable on the longer journeys Thumbs Up

dont know really.....

ideally a vehicle that i can use almost daily (2 children and 2 dogs and lots of stuff it seems) plus have an option to slide in sections to make rear suitable for camping from.

a blank canvas so to speak! Cheers

Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

I still remember first time I came to the camping weekend at Marks place you said you liked the 130. That's years ago!
Congratulations. Still regret I sold the first one but enjoying the one I have now. A very comfortable car for both my son and I. Not so for my wife who usually sits on the rear seat. Laughing
Now... a thread is useless without pics, so...

i like 130 ive had most of the drive train along with a couple of ex mod ambulances

tdi not bad but lacking on the mway
td5 better but a lot have been worked hard and done big miles. ex mod ones has 40 mph limiters on and take a while to come to after removal

puma even better. best being a ex western power xs with all the toys. just dont try to park ot anywhere small or tight

looking forward to the build of yours

Looks great....kinda wish I bought a 130. Would be more practical...I find the 110 DCPU just doesn't really have enough space in the buck/load bed.

I nearly bought a 130 but put off by the length thinking it might be awkward!

I’m on my second 130, run them for about 14 years now.
Very versatile vehicles, I use it for work every day as a landscaper and then it’s cleaned up for camping holidays.
When parked next to other crew cab pickups they are actually that big BUT the others all have better turning circles😄.
You just get used to where you can and can’t park it!
