Clever way of using the really aggressive use of the vehicle in the filming as a way of showing how tough it is, without being criticised for environmental damage that would undoubtedly follow if not associated with the Bond film.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Wonder how many they rolled for that short movie. Pretty sure that the one at 13 seconds into the clip also rolled, probably multiple times.
If this clip comes to the attention of your car insurance companies, they surely are going to raise the premiums for this future truck they will have to cover. And not by just a little bit I think. Rolling with laughter
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

I suspect one + an awful lot of CGI .............. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I have to be honest when I first saw this...

I thought I was looking at 3 Mitsubishi Shogun's...

Is Bond25 No Time to Die going to be worth it... Question

Really disappointed that they sacked Danny Boyle from Directing it, the franchise needs fresh insight to
avoid just repeating the same old clichéd sequences.

Skyfall was the high water mark Very Happy ... Spector oh no Shocked

It's going to take more than a few Land Rover Defenders and Triumph Motorcycles doing the usual stuff to
to keep our attention... Characters 1st then Action and CGI

The early Bond films are almost unwatchable now...

(Should I have posted this on the grumpy old man thread... Question ) SKIP

CGI.... Of course, I’m thinking too much old school. Maybe they did not even really roll one a all. Laughing

And Skip...

Really? I think even the very first one is still fine to watch, no? Cool

Hmm! Does that mean I would have to wear a dickie and black suit to drive the new one? Anyway I thought the bond thing was shaken and not stirred driving like that would spoil my Martini Laughing For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Apparently, they used 10 pre-production vehicles and none of the filming with the Defenders was CGI?

Why show a clip like that? Surely it would be better showing it mounting a kerb at a local school. That's about as far as most of them will go off road Rolling with laughter
