Interior Light Fuse
I’ve managed to blow the fuse while I had the rear interior light out, yes I know I should have been more careful, but now I can’t find the right fuse. Oddly the radio has stopped as well. Any ideas?

yeah I shorted mine too - bumped the pliers against the fixing plate - sparks, smoke & blown fuse.

From memory it is one of the ones in the interior fusebox (in my TD5 it was anyway) - same one as radio, for some daft reason.

Of course, you better know your radio code or you are going to have a problem.... 2001 TD5 110 DCPU in Bonatti Grey

Easily done Whistle You're right that the manual isn't any help, but the fuse descriptions are printed on the inside of the fuse box cover under the dash. Darren

I've done the same - blown the fuse.

Is this the right replacement? The red 10A one?

Simple way... Pull your fuses one by one and check if they're blown
From memory it's in the bank on the bottom left of the dashboard fuse box. Defender 90 XS TD5 (03 Reg)

I guess I just need a new 10A fuse?

They're all the same size right?

OK - I checked all the 10A fuses and they seemed fine. I don't want to start pulling all the fuses in case I upset the immobiliser or alarm.

Can anyone let me know which of these is the interior lights fuse? (The radio doesn't work either!)

The fuse layout diagram isn't much help.
