Door seals
Hi quick question, I am having a mare fitting britpart door seal, it keeps popping off at the front curved area. Tried glue but I am not comfortable with the outcome.

Are OEM seals pre formed, so you do not have to shape them yourself. 1990 200tdi conversion 90

No, the standard genuine seals are not preformed other than in the corners at the top of the door. It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten

Not the answer your looking for, but genuine is the way to go, yes twice the price but so much better.

Tiger seal would certainly help with the ones you have Thumbs Up 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

On the drivers side the seal has a flat face wher it crimps onto the metal edging strip for security.

The seal I am having to fit has a curved face instead of flat. So wher you would tap it on with a soft mallet there is two different faces, one flat on the driver side and one curved...the awkward one. Is that the difference between after market and OEM.

Think Tiger seal is way to go as its drove me crazy 😡 1990 200tdi conversion 90

Definitely go genuine. These are not preformed but have a metal insert which grips the door frame and will fit the curved area ( you apply downward pressure whist fitting the curve).
The seals are haded left and right too.
