Annoyingly have snapped the pipe stub off the outlet on my D2 Airtronic pump.
Does anyone happen to have an old/no longer functional pump lying around which could yield a replacement for me please? It is the smaller of the two stubs I need (the one that typically isnt available separately ![]() Thanks in advance, Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

![]() Its a strange fitting sadly, thread must be an M4 with a sealing o-ring above. If it was the pickup side i would chance using a bit of chemical metal to seal it up. As a temporary measure (to make sure the rest of the system works) i have got a larger piece of rubber fuel hose which should just fit over the larger diameter on the fitting. Not convinced on this as a long term solution though. I did find a pump 'repair kit' on ebay for £17 but i needs to make its way here from Turkey! Cheers Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |
