United Kingdom 2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Stornoway Grey
Pilot Bearing
The clutch kit from LOF came with replacement pilot bearing.

Looking for any tips or advice on how to remove the old one without the LR Special Tool which I believe costs £££.

Update: Just done a search on "spigot bearing". Got a few ideas

United Kingdom 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS DCPU Indus Silver
The Puma unit is a capped one so any form of bread or grease and pressure won’t work.

I used and internal bearing race puller. On a threaded two leg puller as the slide hammer was too harsh and just destroyed the lip. So a slow steady constant pull was required.

The kit I bought was about £30 on eBay 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html
