ScanGuage DPF Operation
I've fitted a scanguage & I've been using it to this week to monitor what the DPF is doing.

On a fairly long journey today down the motorway the soot level gradually rose & peaked at around 94 at which point the exhaust temp rose to 600 degrees C & it was massively satisfying watching the soot level counting back down. When the soot level reached around 14 the temperature began to drop to normal levels.

Just wondering if anyone else is using a scanguage & whether its normal for the regen to kick in at around 94 & to then bottom out at around 14? (I'm presuming those figures are percentages but who knows.)
