Yes you can get lower profile seat risers, I have some.
Take a look here https://www.4x4overlander.com/product/defender-seat-rails/ It says they are available to order They worked a treat for me as I didn't want to raise the seats too high, but I wanted the extra legroom... I just used some 20mm spacers between the runners and seatbox, a couple of quid from eBay.

That’s appreciated Andy. As it happens I’ve now fitted a pair of these risers and I think I’m happy with them. |
