Access to front windscreen washer pipe
The washer pipe is leaking... Sad

To get access to it, do I just need to remove the top dash section? and any ideas on the size of washer pipe required? 1999 Defender TD5 110

Usual small diameter pipe. 4.7mm id.

You might be able to access via the ash tray hole but otherwise it is the dash top that needs to come off. 1995 Defender 110 CSW

Cheers. I did have a look into the void via the ashtray hole but wasn't looking favourable. Top dash off time 1999 Defender TD5 110

if you need to replace the washer nozzle then you will need to remove the dash;

From memory...

Instrument binnacle off - 4 screws
Windscreen vent trim off - 4 screws
Passenger grab handle off - Small screw bottom of handle and screw under LR logo
A pillar trim off - 4 screws
Dash top big screws - 3 screws on top and 3/4 small screws under dah top lip

Dash slides forward before lifting off. Think that's it...

If it is only the pipe that's leaking you can do it via the ash tray if you have small fingers...
