I posted a pic with a few more hashtags than I normally do. Mostly ones starting with LandRover or Defender. My profile is also public. In about a day, I’m at 60 likes with 12% of those being people that follow me/people I know.
Now that doesn’t sound like much to many but it’s a lot to me, and one thing that bugs me more than anything in these likes... peoples random usernames with seemingly random numbers. I know I’m never going to stop it and it’s probably a ridiculous thing to be morning about but goddammit it bugs the hell outta me. |

I’d say there’s about only 400 who are genuine followers out of my 8,300 +, there’s a lot of strange posts.
As you mention hashtags, @hashtag_special is a lad with cerebral palsy, who owns and drives a 50th V8, check him out, utterly inspirational, heart warming and funny, his videos are brill. I sent him a load of stickers, he put a video up about it which had the missus and her sister in floods of tears. |

Been using Instagram for just over a year as a vit of a tool to hopefully start raising a bit of awareness about my small business that I'm slowly getting off the ground.
@that_off_road_guy Please feel free to have a look- I post most dsys with what I'm up to at work. Ssdly some of the more intereating projects I get involved with are embargoed but not a lot I can do about it! Regards Chris |

Instagram is different to a forum. The message part of Instagram is great, you can speak with people directly and very easily. You can't answer questions in detail on the comment section, hence why this forum is the best place to ask for help etc. The majority of people are more than happy to help answer questions though I find and I just speak with people directly. I have met a lot of people on Instagram and I really do think it has helped grow the community. Instagram - @Land_Rover_Defender
