[For Sale] A couple of bits for sale
In true New Years spirit I am taking a step back & looking at all the bits & pieces I have accumulated & don't need due to changes in plans.

Most of the stuff is collection only due to size & I will be putting it all up on the forum a couple of weeks in advance of the Newbury 4x4 autojumble in April as I am sure forum members will be travelling there & either for themselves or on behalf of someone who is not going but is local to them, anything not already sold to forum members will get put out for sale there.

Anyway a few smaller bits that can be posted starting with these two.

PRC3432 - fog light switch, this is the one that goes on the right hand side of the steering column on the pre Defender vehicles. I was planning on using it as an auxiliary switch to run front spot lights on a roof rack but as I have said, plans have changed & it's no longer needed. £10 plus postage.

Ignition switch & 2 keys - this was removed from my 110 DCPU as the ignition key didn't work in the door locks so I replaced them all with a paired set. This is a second hand item but was working perfectly when I removed it, all the blade connectors are intact, the steering lock plunger works & the lock turns smoothly. £25 plus £6 postage - will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

Is there bracketry on Defender steering columns (specifically Td5) for the earlier fogswitch, or does something need to be made up to attach it?

You should have a hole in the metal bracket in front of the wiper switch which the switch is bolted to. You will have to use a step drill or chain drill & file, a suitable hole in the plastic surround for the rubber seal, BUT, the good news is the place to drill it is clearly marked in the inside of the plastic.
