The emissions came out as 0.00 and 0.00. The tester was telling me they have a new machine which is able to register 0.00, which the old machine refused to do. That seemed immaterial to me, I was still trying to work out the value of an emissions test that comes back with a 0.00 reading on a Defender. What am I missing?
