I tried Exmoor a couple of years ago regarding the same issue and had no joy either. Something to do with the way the seats are upholstered and then the backs covered.

I did keep an eye out on ebay for while and then gave up.

You can purchase (in my case) the Denim Twill material...just the foams. 1999 Defender TD5 110
